Brad, I'm sorry to hear that you're having difficulty with a couple of the files. I looked into this, and the password requirement only applies to the EPUB and the PDF versions. For some reason, the file server has permanized the password requirement, and I can't remove it. That said, I did test the password "calvinistcafe" with both the PDF and the EPUB, and it worked.
